Senior Private Client Solicitor

Our client is a leading full service law firm operating in Kent and the surrounding areas and they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Private Client Solicitor to work in their Private Client team, specialising in Tax & Estate planning but advising on a full spectrum of Private client matters. For the right candidate who can demonstrate exceptional client care and a sound technical understanding in private client, a leading package and quick career progression to Partner level is offered.

The firm have been experiencing consistently strong growth levels that have been generated through strong relationships across its areas of business and they are seeking a Senior Private Client lawyer to handle a technical case load of private client services that may include; powers of attorney and deputyship applications, probate, wills and trusts, drafting trust provisions within wills including lifetime trusts and discretionary trusts as well as all manner of estate and tax planning services.

The successful candidate will be diligent, friendly and approachable with significant experience covering a range of private client matters.
