In-house Technology Lawyer

This innovative technology business works with commercial businesses, non-profit organisations, and Government institutions in creating Tech based products that transform the way they solve problems. The business has been successful in assisting with Disaster & Crisis Response, Law Enforcement and Cyber Security, Capital Markets and Trader Oversight, and Healthcare, amongst many other things!

Whilst you will be primarily based in London, you will spend a significant amount of time in the Silicon Valley, California office (particularly in the early stages), and will also spend time working with colleagues and clients across Europe. Your role will involve; drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, assisting with procurement, provide expert advice on IP and data protection issues, and working alongside the rest of the business to deploy the business' pioneering technology across the world. You'll be an essential part of driving the business forward.
