Established for over 120 years our Client are a Private Practice Berkshire based law firm specialising in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property and Inheritance Protection.
The firm are seeking a Commercial Solicitor to pick up an existing mixed caseload of Corporate, Company & Commercial law matters.
Work will include dealing with and advising on:
Starting and Funding a Business
Buying or Selling a Business
Shareholder and Partnership Agreements
Commercial Agreements
Terms & Conditions
Company Secretary
Commercial Leases
You will be joining a team of 3 partners and 3 Associates. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and be naturally adept at remaining under pressure.
