Clinical Negligence Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at the beginning of their career to join one of the best claimant clinical negligence departments in the country.

The role will be working within a Chambers and Legal 500 recognised team. Alongside the partner there are 3 other lawyers in the team and additional support from 2 paralegals and secretaries within the department. The caseload is varied and busy and you will be working on complex claimant clinical negligence cases. Candidates who have come from other claimant firms would be preferred, but they will also consider those who have come from defendant firms as well.

You will be a solicitor with some experience gained in clinical negligence work. Newly qualified candidates will be considered, but must have completed a seat in this area of work. This is not a chance to retrain. Other than that my client is looking for candidates with a sound academic record and passion for developing a career practising clinical negligence work.
