An excellent opportunity has arisen in Leicester for an experienced large loss claims handler to join one of the best defendant personal injury paralegal teams in the county. The firm are based in the city centre with good transport links and accessible parking.    

You will as a defendant personal injury paralegal deal with complex technical insurance work involving injuries of the utmost severity. The bulk of claims will involve motor accidents, but will also cover employers’ liability, public liability, product liability, as well as substantial dependency fatality claims.

You will as a defendant personal injury paralegal work alongside the firm’s partners and other senior solicitors with their caseload of pre-litigated and litigated high value defendant personal injury cases, with an average value of cases between £300k to £3m.
