A well-established Top 100 London law firm seeks an energetic and experienced Legal PA & Secretary to join their well-regarded Family team. 

You'll be supporting a busy Partner with a varied and interesting caseload, mainly dealing with domestic and international marriage, separation and divorce issues, including financial settlements, issues relating to children, etc. 

Your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Dealing with Family/Matrimonial forms, preparing for trial, including court bundles and other court documents;
  • Diary management and other PA assistance for fee-earners;
  • Document production, including reports and drafting correspondence;
  • Client liaison, being a friendly and positive client point of contact, and accurately keeping contact details;
  • Preparing for trial, including court bundles and other court documents, preparing briefs to Counsel, and liaising with Counsel and Court;
  • Record-keeping, digital dictation, opening and closing files, assistance with client billing, filing and archiving etc.


You'll have recent legal secretarial experience in family and matrimonial law, and very good knowledge of the forms and processes used. 

You'll possess a typing speed above 65wpm and solid confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
