Your new role
You will work as a Private Equity Lawyer within one of the biggest teams in the City. This practice is renowned for their work in this field and are recognised with industry awards. You will work on a number of private equity transactions in line with the firms key sectors such as life sciences, IP/Telecoms and renewable energy. Transactions will often be cross-boarder.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have between 8-10 years PQE from another leading Private Equity firm or a top transactional firm. You will need to have good experience of working on M&A and buy-out transactions.
