Banking Lawyer (1-4 PQE)

We have recently been instructed on a search for one of the globe's leading Banking practices.

This is represents the opportune time to work on a multitude of banking and finance matters including syndicated lending, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, sovereign debt rescheduling, real estate finance and project finance. The successful candidate will also have the option, as they become more senior, to specialise in a particular area of the team's practice.

To be eligible for this opportunity excellent academics are a prerequisite. The successful candidate will also have experience within a top City or national law firm and gained a minimum of 1 year's banking experience.

The new joiner will work on deals for top-tier clients with the opportunity to have hands-on client contact from the early stages of your career. There is also an opportunity for secondment, whether to one of the firm's international offices or to a London based client.
