Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive - Taunton - Somerset - To £40k
This long established client in the South West specialise in insurance work to include Personal Injury, RTA, EL, PL, OL, Clinical Negligence and Industrial Disease.
They continue to be very busy and now seeking a qualified personal injury solicitor or legal executive to join their large and very busy team.
You will ideally have a minimum 1-2 years personal injury experience to include advising on RTA, Employers, Public and Occupiers Liability matters. This opportunity will suit a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
You will advise on fast and multi track RTA, EL & PL matters. Many of these claims will be litigated, and often high value and complex. You will have relevant experience handling your own caseload at both pre and post issue stage.
Excellent salary Up to £40k.
