Our client, a North West Personal Injury law firm is now looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their office in Rochdale.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Handling a caseload of your own RTA, EL, PL and litigated files to trial.
Liaising with varies parties including medical professionals; courts and opposing parties
Adhering to strict billing targets
Updating the in house case management system
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates will:
Be a Personal Injury Solicitor, CILEX or Litigation Executive
Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years claimant personal injury experience
Have the proven ability to manage their own caseload from instruction through to settlement
Have the proven ability to adhere to strict billing targets
