Corporate Commercial Solicitor – This leading Kent firm have asked us to find them a further corporate commercial solicitor, c. NQ-3 PQE to join their team at their West Kent office.   

He/she will be joining a highly experienced team that act for individuals, partnerships and limited companies on a range of corporate, IP, technological & media, employment and commercial law matters. The role will encompass a broad diverse range of work including M&A, group restructuring and demergers, partnership/LLPs, shareholder agreements and a variety of commercial agreements.

You will be required to develop strong and trustworthy relationships with your clients; managing their files and financials whilst marketing and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
