Dedicated Fee Earner with first class client care skills required for a busy Private Client department.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a well-known firm near the South East London / Kent border. Becoming part of a flourishing team, the successful Fee Earner will manage a full caseload, acting for a range of clients based throughout the area. The caseload will incorporate all aspects of Wills and Probate work to include Inheritance Tax matters. LPAs and administration of estates. In addition, the ideal Fee Earner will participate in business development activities to assist in the further growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
To be considered for this position you must:
Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earning Paralegal from NQ plus;
Have good experience in Private Client matters with a broad range of expertise;
Have excellent drafting and client care skills;
Be a team player and able to work on your own initiative;
Have a willingness to become involved in business development;
Be personable, driven and highly organised.
