Our client an established Law Firm is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner/ Solicitor to join their growing team in Preston.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Handling a caseload of RTA/Personal Injury matters from instruction through to completion
Also advising on EL/PL matters
Adhering to strict billing targets
Working as apart of a successful team
Meeting with clients
Taking instructions
The Candidate
In order to be considered for the role candidates will:
Be a qualified Personal Injury Fee Earner/ Solicitor with at least 2 years experience
Have the ability to run a Personal Injury caseload from inception to completion with little or no supervision
Be driven and motivated to succeed
Be genuinely passionate about securing a position within Personal Injury Law.
Have a working knowledge of Employer's Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability
Demonstrate an understanding of the Litigation Process
