I am currently recruiting a Paralegal/Legal Executive on behalf of a Top 50 Law Firm at their Sheffield office. The Industrial Disease Fee Earner will have responsibility of their own caseload liaising regularly with a wide range of clients and medical professionals, both over the phone and in writing.

Whether arranging meetings, seeking medical reports or simply chasing information, you’ll need to show a sensitive and professional approach at all times. You’ll be carrying out various tasks such as research, and preparation of legal documents within set guidelines.

You will be working in a team, under the supervision of a partner.

Due to the nature of the Personal Injury work, this role will require experience and knowledge of Industrial Disease work.  Experience within Asbestos would be desirable however the successful candidate could have experience within any area of Industrial Disease.
