Our client an established Law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their their expanding team.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Running a caseload of litigated cases from instruction through to settlement
Managing a case load of fast and multi track RTA files that have dropped out of the portal and across all stages of the litigation process.
Handling a mixture of MOJ and liability disputed pre-issue cases
Liaising with clients over the telephone
Meeting client s in person to offer advice and take instructions
Reviewing medical reports and assessing injuries
¿Reviewing cases for liability and quantum
Undertaking training in the team and other teams when appropriate

The Candidate
In order to be considered for the role candidates will:
Be an experienced RTA Litigator
Preferably qualified as a solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive
Demonstrate excellent organisation skills
Have good communication skills
Have the proven ability to meet strict billing targets
Demonstrate strong analytical and decision making skills
