Property Litigation Solicitor 1-2 Years PQE
Our client are a national firm and widely regarded for all aspects of their property litigation and landlord and tenant law. Advising major multi-nationals, developers and property investment companies with an array of legal matters.
The current team work with the wider Property and Commercial Litigation groups at this well renowned practice based in central Reading.
Due to continued expansion the team are seeking a Property Litigator at the beginning of their career to manage a caseload of matters which will include: break clauses, 1954 Act, lease renewal and dilapidation claims.
The work will have a bias on landlord & tenant matters for a varied and impressive client base including known retailers, large and small commercial and residential developers and investment landlords.
The ideal candidate will present with a natural flare for litigation, have trained with a known regional or Chambers listed law firm and present excellent academics.
