They are currently seeking an additional Real Estate Finance Solicitor with a following for their team in the capital.
THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Real Estate Finance Solicitor with an established following to join our clients’ highly regarded team in London. Becoming part of a specialist team which includes a number of the firms’ partners, the successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will liaise closely with the banking team advising represent mainstream banks and building societies, private banks, short term and bridging lenders, development funds, and private lenders. In addition for this role as a Real Estate Finance Solicitor you will manage your own client list of borrowers, including substantial commercial landowners, developers, property funds and businesses in relation to secured borrowings. With a passion for business development you will participate in initiatives for the department and firm as a whole whilst building and maintaining client relationships. THE CANDIDATE
You will :- be a qualified solicitor from a leading City, national or international practice;
Have outstanding technical skills and good commercial acumen;
Possess strong academics with a minimum of a 2:1 gained at degree level;
Be a team player, with a pro-active approach;
Have excellent communication and client care skills
Have a following of Clients;
Be professional, highly organised and self-motivated;
