Property Litigation

The client is a leading practice is seeking to recruit a property litigation solicitor to join their Milton Keynes team. This firm has a hugely successful property litigation team and due to expansion, they are looking for a driven and ambitious solicitor to join a growing team.

This role is ideally suited to candidate with circa 2 years post qualified specifically within Property Litigation.

The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant issues and development work business lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, and tenant default.

An ideal candidate will have excellent academics and a desire to progress quickly as a property litigation specialist.

The work will be high level and rewarding and push a driven and ambitious property litigation lawyer to take on some complex work for a varied client based including property investors, occupiers and developers.
