My client is a tier 1 law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate for a position in Dubai. With a top 30 ranking globally and strong practices in the UK, Asia, and US, this firm deals in the areas of acquisition, development, leasing, joint venturing and financing (among others). It enjoys a unique position in the growing real estate market with extensive global reach whilst maintaining a formidable local presence. They are very hands on with their clients and have developed long lasting business and relationships, allowing for stable growth and competitive salaries for their team. However, a positive and inclusive environment is not sacrificed as this firms focuses on rewarding merit and encouraging a collaborative dynamic.

My client is seeking a real estate lawyer with 4+ years PQE with previous experience at a top tier law firm. Although not a requirement, knowledge of Arabic is an attractive asset. As the focus is primarily on a commercial capacity, successful candidates will be expected to engage clients with a measured commercial approach while demonstrating skill in drafting sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, security documentation and ancillary documents connected with a transaction. You will further be required to interact with the UAE government to register various real estate transactions. Other duties include, advising externally and internally on real estate laws and issuing and drafting standard documentation in connection with foreign investment structures.
