Description

Well established Kent firm is looking to appoint a superb Private Client locum solicitor to join its busy private client team. The role is to commence immediately for a period of at least 3 months to deal with an influx of work.

Applicants must have a solid background within private client law and be confident in dealing with a full caseload of matters including but not limited to:

• Wills
• Tax
• Trust and Estate Administration Matters
• Court of Protections
• Lasting Powers of Attorney

  This firm are based in a lovely location and offer a fantastic office environment based within easy reach of all major transport routes. The client is happy with candidates working on a flexible basis in terms of days and hours making it a great locum opportunity.
