Corporate Associate 3-5 PQE City Law Firm

This City law firm is seeking a corporate lawyer to further grow its transactional practice. The team acts for a broad client base such as private sector businesses, technology and fintech companies, public sector entities, charities and not-for-profits.

The focus is on small and mid-cap market M&A deals, venture capital, private equity, equity capital markets and AIM flotations. Much of the department's work is self-generated but they also cross-refer business internally when charity or public sector clients need corporate advice.

Candidates should be qualified as a solicitor and ideally have three to five years of post qualification experience in a well-regarded corporate practice. You should be technically astute and have good academics. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be confident dealing with clients directly.
