CLIENT: We are working with one of the world's leading integrated O&G companies who are looking to hire a specialist ISDA lawyer who will support all aspects of master trade agreement negotiations for their Oil, Natural Gas, Power and Emissions trading business and advising the Structured Products Businesses too.
ROLE: The successful individual will be involved in advising on and negotiating master trading documentation (ISDA, EFET etc.) for financial oil and gas, physical oil and gas, power and secondary emissions trading as well as structuring and negotiating trades based on the master documentation.
CANDIDATE: The successful individual will ideally have at least 5 years of ISDA experience and will have worked for a leading international law firm or in-house organisation. Experience in-house from a commodity trading house, oil major or investment bank is highly desirable and the ability to work within a high-pressured and fast paced environment.
