Personal Injury Team Leader, Leeds

Our client, a national award winning Legal 500 firm, is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Team Leader to join their Leeds office.

As a Team Leader, you will lead the Personal Injury Support Team for the Leeds office, ensuring appropriate support resources, operational processes and effective business controls are in place, whilst continuously improving the quality of support provided to improve client and business outcomes. You will be leading a team of Legal Assistants and Administrators, ensuring they provide an appropriate level of support to the Paralegals and Fee Earners.

You will also work closely with the Partners and other Team Leaders to manage resourcing across the office as well as being expected to manage performance and development, appraisals, monthly review meetings, and team meetings across the support team.

In order to be considered for this role, administration based experience within a legal firm and supervisory/team leader responsibilities would be advantageous as well as;
- Ability to coach/mentor and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan own and others¿ workloads
- Ability to resource plan
