Residential Conveyancer

Our client, a well respected high street practice based in the centre of Bristol require a Residential Conveyancing Locum to join them for 6-9 months.

The firm have a strong and effective Residential Property team and have a need for a locum to assist with the busy workload.

The successful candidate will be working alongside the Head of Department as well as other junior members of the team and will be dealing with a varied caseload. You will be handling a caseload of buying and selling domestic property, mortgages and remortgages, transfers of equity and shared equity matters. Secretarial support is provided.
