Due to sustained growth, they are now seeking to add a new private client lawyer to their successful team.
THE ROLE
Our client is sourcing a talented and dynamic Private Client Lawyer to join our client’s thriving practice full or part time. Becoming part of an established, private client team, located in Haywards Heath, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of private client matters. Consisting of wills, probate, creation and administration of trusts, inheritance tax advice and elderly client matters, this is a hands-on role to commence as soon as possible. THE CANDIDATE
You will :-
Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least two years’ PQE;
Have a solid background in Private Client work with excellent technical skills across the full remit of work;
Be an organised team player with excellent client care skills;
Be able to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision;
Possess a pro-active, confident and professional with an empathetic approach.
