Family Solicitor sought for national law firm to run their Birmingham office and handle a small mixed caseload of both legal aid and privately funded family matters.
Our client is seeking to appoint a senior family solicitor ideally Associate or Partner level to run their Birmingham office. You will be responsible for overseeing around 8 staff members along with handling a mixed caseload of family matters with the majority of the work being injunctions.
Ideally you will have management experience from a previous role and the ability to delegate tasks is essential.
The firm itself are mainly known for their offering in London but their Birmingham office is now going from strength to strength. There is a caseload for the right person to come in and develop from so this role does not require a following but a passion for business development is important.
