Litigation Solicitor -
This is a rare opportunity with a multi-office regional firm for a Solicitor with a background in Litigation.
We would be most interested to hear from candidates with a minimum of 7 years PQE upwards in general Litigation matters, including
- Contract disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Contentious probate - inheritance claims
- Property disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Company/commercial disputes
- Commercial debts
- Personal injury claims - claimant and defendant (not essential unless they have a following)
