The Role: Family Solicitor
Salary: up to £50,000 DOE
Location: Harrow
Our client, a Legal 500 top tier firm based in Harrow is proud to provide a high quality legal service across a wide range of legal services. Due to the need to expand in their busy dedicated Family department the firm are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join them on a full time permanent basis. The role would suit an experienced Family Solicitor who can deal with both private and publically funded matters.
This opportunity will allow the successful Family Solicitor to thrive in a supportive environment by running a full caseload of matters which will include but is not restricted to:
- 60% publically funded matters
- 40% privately funded matters
- Parental representation
- Injunctions
- Remedial
- Ancillary relief
Due to the nature of this role the successful Family Solicitor must have experience managing and supervising trainees and caseworkers. Applications for this Family Solicitor role will be considered from all qualified solicitors or equivalent with ideally 3 years' PQE who has or is working towards Advanced Family Panel Membership. Ideally the Family Solicitor will also be able to market and network effectively and efficiently.
