Structured finance / Real Estate Finance / Derivatives
An exciting opportunity has arisen on the buy-side for a structured finance lawyer at a financial services organisation.
You will be responsible for providing commercially focussed legal advice to the asset origination team, liaising with key business stakeholders and management.
The role will also involve advising on, reviewing and negotiating terms sheets, transaction documentation and questions arising out of the advice for potential investments whilst sitting with the investments desk.
The ideal candidate will be 3+PQE, with structured finance/secured lending transactional experience and a strong grasp of security concepts. Experience of Commercial Real Estate Finance and/or Derivatives is also desired, as is a strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in the buy-side industry.
This position within the legal team will give you an excellent opportunity to work within a highly sought after industry.
