Our client an established and rapidly growing independent financial group is seeking a corporate real estate lawyer to advise on Real Estate and Corporate transactions. The investment vehicles the real estate part of the business advises on are investment funds, co-investment and club structures. Accordingly, a working knowledge of Investment Funds is important.
The primary responsibilities of the role include; knowledge of Real Estate law and transactions, including leasehold and freehold properties, dealing with the Finance and Facility Agreements for the assets, international transactional experience, including asset and share sales in Europe and an understanding of investment structures such as Funds and co-investment structures.
You will be admitted in the UK and ideally be 6 years plus qualified. You will have corporate law experience in the multiple jurisdictions and be able to demonstrate a sound judgement in identifying and managing emerging legal and business needs.
