Property Litigation Executvie, Brighton

Our client is a leading firm of solicitors based in East Sussex who pride themselves on their commitment to achieving clients' goals and exceeding their expectations. They are currently looking for a legal executive to deal with all property related disputes in the First Tier Property Tribunal, County Courts and (where appropriate) the Higher Courts. The case load will include disputes between landlord & tenant (residential and commercial), possession claims (residential and commercial), land registration disputes, planning disputes, trespass and neighbour/boundary disputes.

Experience in Property Litigation is essential and interested candidates should have a recognised professional qualification as a Legal Executive entitling them to practice in England and Wales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential together with the ability to provide timely, clear and comprehensive legal advice and deal with clients' enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
