Excellent West End commercial firm is looking for an additional residential property solicitor to join its thriving team.
The firm is on the up and has a particularly dynamic property team, member of which have a strong pedigree. They're now looking for a residential property solicitor with 2yrs+ PQE, ideally gained in a similar West End or City environment.
If you've got the right type of experience, you'll already know this a very competitive market for residential property work and lawyers need to be very commercially aware. Business development is an essential part of the job in the longer term, though there will be a full conveyancing caseload ready and waiting in the first instance.
The successful candidate will advise a broad client base, including investors, high net worth individuals, developers and companies (both UK and offshore). Work will include all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property but there is also the possibility of some commercial property work. Any additional experience in this area would be welcome but candidates should be aware that this is primarily a residential property position.
This is a great chance to join a dynamic West End practice. It's a genuine meritocracy and they make sure people are rewarded for their efforts.
