A rewarding opportunity has presented itself for a Corporate Paralegal to join an international law firm based in Dubai.

My client has an international presence in the legal market throughout the globe, with offices in Asia, Europe, America and Middle East. With over 10,000+ employees worldwide this law firm is recognised as one of the largest and most successful law firms in the world, the Corporate team based in Dubai are now looking for a skilled Paralegal to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' paralegal experience in a similar role (ideally from an international law firm) and have strong academic credentials (legal qualification or degree in law). You MUST be fluent in both English and Arabic as drafting in Arabic will be a key duty in this role. Further duties and responsibilities for this role will include preparing client correspondences; corresponding to client phone calls regarding legal updates, translating documents from Arabic to English & vice-versa, performing record searches with government authorities, draft various forms of legal documents such as Application forms/ Memoranda and Articles of Association and other duties of a similar nature.
