You will be a commercial solicitor with ideally 2 years or more experience, gained within a recognised and rated law firm. You should have experience of advising FTSE listed "blue chip" organisations on the full range of commercial matters. The successful candidate will be advising on large multinational IT and business process outsourcing projects through to more routine “business as usual” commercial contracts. You will act for clients who include global automotive manufacturers, FMCG suppliers, high street retailers, financial institutions, telecoms operators and new technology providers.
