Financial Services Lawyer

Newly created opportunity for a lawyer with experience of commercial,
consumer credit, and/or FSMA to join leading financial services business based
in the West Midlands.

My client is a leading business operating in the financial services sector.
They have an established legal team based in the West Midlands and they are
looking to recruit an additional commercial lawyer who will report into the Head
of Legal and undertake a broad role advising the business on a range of legal
matters including commercial contracts, consumer credit and financial services
regulatory issues.

This position would suit an individual who would enjoy working in an
entrepreneurial environment in divisional business which forms part of a
global giant. Your role will be extremely business facing and provide a diverse
range of work - this is an ideal role for a lawyer who likes working closely
with business colleagues.

We are keen to hear from commercial lawyers who have experience gained in
consumer credit or financial services regulation. Experience of working in or
with financial services organisations is highly desirable.
