Top 100 law firm with an established Leicester city centre office are looking for an experienced defendant personal injury solicitor, at a senior level, to join their world class technical claims team. The firm run a large loss team that provide expert advice dealing with claims involving sever and often complex injuries. 

You will as a defendant personal injury solicitor deal with complex technical insurance work involving injuries of the utmost severity. The bulk of claims will involve employers’ liability, public liability, and product liability.

You will as a defendant personal injury solicitor have experience of high value multi-track personal injury litigation work, with a lean-towards employers’ liability. Candidates will also need a strong academic background.

You will as a defendant personal injury solicitor work alongside the firm’s partners and other senior solicitors with their caseload of pre-litigated and litigated high value defendant personal injury cases, with an average value of cases between £500k to £3m.
