THE REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in getting a work permit, you must be admitted to practice in the UK (or Commonwealth) with 8-10 years’ PQE, ideally gained from a top law firm in London or in BVI or another offshore jurisdiction

Excellent academics, outstanding technical and interpersonal skills, as well as an aptitude for business development are all pre-requisites for success
