Finance Lawyer

Seeking a Finance Lawyer for the Beijing office with Common Law, the candidate depending on experience will be considered for a Mid-Level or Senior role.

Skills and Qualifications

* 4-6 PQE
* Qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction or in the US (with JD)
* Practice experience from leading international firms with a focus on lending/asset finance/project finance
* Mandarin language skills (minimum of an oral level of conversational business Mandarin)
