Experiencing a period of expansion they are now seeking an exceptional Civil Litigation Lawyer in Slough.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a busy department on a permanent basis. With a solid background in a range of litigation matters, the successful Lawyer will handle a busy caseload from instruction to resolution with minimal supervision. Areas will include: education matters; sale of goods; employment; professional negligence; boundary disputes; contentious probate and; contractual disputes. Some previous experience in education will be essential for this position.

Keen to get involved with business development, the successful Lawyer will promote the services of the department and build and maintain client and professional relationships. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ PQE;
You must have good knowledge of working with case management systems;
You will have a solid background in Civil Litigation with some exposure to Education matters;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a desire to participate in professional development.
