An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join a nationally established and highly regarded practice in the East Midlands. With an attractive and challenging project, focusing on a key client's leasehold work, you will assist a driven team to meeting targets and progressing files from instruction to completion. Due to increased workload, they require a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist for 3 months and then on a rolling monthly basis.

The successful candidate will be a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor with substantial experience autonomously handling a caseload. Secretarial support is provided, and the role is ideally placed within minutes of a main line train station. Applications are welcomed from both part-time and full-time candidates.
