We are looking to recruit an Office Services Assistant into our Manchester office on a full time basis.
The Manchester team are continuing to grow and have recently moved into new offices for this reason. We currently have one other Office Services Assistant and so the successful candidate will be working alongside them to oversee the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
- Previous office administration experience, with previous reception experience being an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and is comfortable multitasking.
- Flexible attitude towards working practices and ability to adapt style as required.
- Confident in their own abilities and in their approach.
- Team player.
- To be approachable and responsive to both colleagues and clients.
- To be accountable and straightforward.
- To be professional and courteous in all dealings.
