Our client, a chartered accountancy based in the heart of the City have a vacancy for an experienced Secretarial/Administration Manager.
Your role is to coordinate the Administration Team in providing high level support to the Partners, Directors, Managers and members of the Charity Team, thereby adding to the efficiency of the team and services provided to clients.
You will need to have strong communication skills as you will be required to write letters and reports, and have a client focus as you will be dealing with internal and external clients on a daily basis. You will be responsible for managing the administrators and motivating them to improve their performance. You will need to be commercially aware and able to think on your feet at meetings.
