Mid Level Corporate Associate (HK IPO)

Currently seeking for a HK qualfied IPO lawyer to be based in our Beijing office. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* 4-5 years+ experience from leading international firms
* Experience focus on listing of PRC companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
* Good understanding of the HK listing rules, excellent drafting and transaction management skills
* Qualified in HK preferred but not a must
* Native in Mandarin
