Fantastic new NQ commercial property role in central London with a highly regarded real estate team
THE ROLE
The team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property for both the public and private sector.
It advises on and drafts heads of terms, development agreements and associated construction, planning and site disposal matters, funding arrangements, freehold transfer and associated due diligence procedures, grant assignment and lease renewals.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Manage own caseload of Real Estate cases including perfection of securities for real estate finance, landlord and tenant, estate management work and acquisitions and disposals.
THE PERSON
NQ solicitor with training at a well regarded commercial firm
Experience of and keen interest in Real Estate work
