Insurance Solicitor

Market leading international firm are offering an opportunity for a 3 years plus PQE Insurance Solicitor. You must be Scottish qualified and can anticipate and be comfortable dealing with a caseload of motor, disease, public, employers’ and product liability claims. The successful candidate will have an established ability in personal injury litigation and have the opportunity to become involved in H&S matters and FAIs with regulatory work and prosecutions a notable feature of the team’s caseload. Experience of managing a team would be advantageous as this is a senior role . Previous exposure to catastrophic injury claims and case management systems and software would also be advantageous.
