Corporate Associate, 3+ PQE
Our client is looking to hire an associate with AIM experience to join their thriving Corporate team.
The role will involve advising on public and private M&A, listing and financing transactions on AIM and the Main Market, as well as some corporate governance and shareholder engagement involving public companies. You will act predominantly for companies in the natural resources, financial services, technology and retails sectors.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years demonstrable corporate experience derived from a recognised practice.
