Paralegal/Litigation Assistant job with international law firm, Personal injury, Permanent, Chelmsford.

This rising international law firm is looking for a personal injury Paralegal for their Chelmsford office.

Your new role
As a Paralegal, your role will focus predominantly on motor work. You will have the opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for clients on both Small-track and Fast-track claims. You will be working on a variety of cases, including Employers' motor and public liability, as well as General liability. You will be dealing with a diverse range of clients, including Employers' Liability / Public Liability Insurers, Motor insurers, Local authorities and London Boroughs and Claims handlers.

What you'll need to succeed
You have good academics, preferably qualified in FILEX/ILEX or an LPC graduate. You have 1-2 years defendant litigation experience, ideally within personal injury. You can run your own caseload with some supervision. You have experience with small-track and fast-track claims. You have experience of arbitration and negotiation and have had previous client contact at business development events.
