Adults Lawyer required for an initial 3 month period to join a local authority based in South London.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Adults Lawyer to join a popular London-based Local Authority. The workload will be varied, covering the full range of Public Sector Adults matters, which may include;
- Community Care
- Court of Protection
- DoLs
- NRPF
- Judicial Reviews
- Age assessments
- Ordinary residence queries
- Adult mental health work
The ideal adults lawyer will come from a public sector background, although candidates with relevant experience in private practice are welcome to apply, provided they have advocacy experience.
Our client is looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible, and hit the ground running in this busy role.
