ELITE US LAW FIRM OPPORTUNITY | CORPORATE
Are you looking to join an elite US law firm where you will work on the big ticket transactions and be paid one of the highest salaries on the market? I am looking for a suitable senior Corporate Associate to fill this role and assist with the firm's heavy workload.
You would be joining one of the global elite. If you're willing to work hard you will be richly rewarded with one of the best salaries in London. You will also get to work almost exclusively on premium level deals worth over £250,000 and often more than £1billion.
You would need at least 5 years' PQE and a broad range of experience including public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, joint ventures and private equity. Excellent academics will also be hugely advantageous.
