Legal Counsel role with an exciting business based in Warwickshire.
The ideal candidate will have NQ-3 years PQE or indeed be an experienced paralegal looking for the next challenge.
The Head of Legal is open minded on technical background as attitude and passion are the key traits they are looking for.
You will handle a broad diet of work incorporating
- Commercial contract drafting
- IT/IP contract negotiations
- litigation management
- regulatory matters
You will be a keen relationship builder, have a naturally curious mind and be eager to learn. The team is highly supportive and this represents an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to build their career in-house.
